It glides smoothly in and out of the cabinet, glides all the way out, and is sturdy. The pull out mechanism allows the shelf to smoothly move so your supplies won't topple over. The glides are very smooth and they seem to hold a lot of weight without ... Read More

These sliders are very easy to install and are very heavy duty. Installation is not that hard, but you have to be precise to ensure the shelf slides out. Slightly difficult to install.

Cons

The top shelf is not the sturdiest. This makes it very difficult to insure you mount the rails evenly spaced. The advertisement is not clear.
