The light on one of them stopped working but i found a small grain of salt on one of the tiny electric contacts

Similarly if using a funnel to fill the grinder reservoir do make sure that you dont inadvertently change the alignment of the square central rod with the contact pins as i did as this will make it difficult to reattached the motorised part of the grinder

The unit takes 6 x aaa batteries to power and is operated using the button placed on top of the grinder

Recommendations use quality heavy duty batteries to get the best results also consider using the grinder for less firm condiments like coriander cumin fennel cardamon seeds if youre struggling to reattached the motorised unit to the base reservoir check that the central rod on the reservoir is the correct position to align with the pins and the position of the hole on the motorised unit
