Be aware it does take a bit longer than the times mentioned so go on sight rather than time nice compact size up to my last one and it has nice strong racks which is what i looked for in my new one easy to use arrived on time yup work

I like this dehydrator the only issue is the instruction manual does not describe the setting of temperature although it has recommended times for food to dehydrate
