Greatly reduced volume in the fridge, i just discard all cardboard packaging, and most plastic and just bag stuff.

It is not recommended to vacuum pack pure liquid items but if you watch and stop the vacuum before the liquid reaches the sealer there is no problem

Finally decided to try dont know how i did before i had this its fabulous less waste now get gadget to any home not just for food quite a lot can be vac packed
