He loves drinking tea and he really likes this product.
I feel that this is something to b review by the manufacture, beside it it is a wonderful product.
The pitcher is a good size, but i returned this item because the infuser needs to be attached from the bottom which is inconvenient
Packaging/appearance
This means you must open the kettle to remove the infuser.
The only design improvement i would suggest would be to have the infuser slide in from the top.
Competitiveness
However, i'm slightly disappointed in the speed at which it heats water as compared to other cheaper models i have used.

Had a pretty one with led lights from costco but had to take it back because the lid which was hinged broke off

I press the temperature i want then press the on button button but its doesnt work

If i unplug it and replug it in several times it will eventually work
