If you wait the 3 minutes the cotton candy starts coming out almost immediately after you put the candy in and turn it back on

When that happened i just turned it off and moved the candy back to where it should be and then it was fine

The first time we tried it with candy we smashed it thinking it would come out better

It didnt it then melted unevenly and made the cotton candy almost sharp kind of like fiber glass

Also just so others know i received the correct model i ordered and i dont understand how someone can write a bad review for a product when it was company error
