I have been very pleased with the product, and it makes a great pot of tea.
I like the preset temps along with the ability to have custom temp.
I chose the aicook brand because of the great reviews, the quality of design and construction, and 2 year warranty.
There was a slight learning curve to get used to how to operate, but that was me, not the product.
Packaging/appearance
I especially love how easy it is to brew the tea directly in the kettle.
The size of the holes in the tea strainer are a little too big and allow some tea bits to get thru.

My aicook works just as well at a quarter of the cost!
I couldnt seem to find a 1500w unit with comperable features though, so i am willing to compromise on 1200w for that.

Once it hits that desired temperature it will automatically keep it at that temp for the next 2 hours

I think the only things i need to get used to are the fact that the lid completely detaches seems weird but also i think i get it for easier access to the basket with a bunch of different parts and also no light in the glass

Usage note i purchased this item back on february 8th and use it at least 46 times a day

The other issue is that at boiling point 212 f the kettle actually stops the heat around 212 sometimes so the water temp is above 212
