Compact and lightweight. Triangle light performs great. Comes with a remote, so that is handy for group shots. The light actually comes in handy as a flashlight, too.
The pole’s height is adjustable. Also, the pole height can be adjusted to work on the floor or desktop. The light has adjustable effects; cool, warm & natural. Love everything about this lighting, the packaging makes it easy to put away.

The telescoping pole slides up and down and you just twist the poles to tighten them where you want them to stay
