Pros & Cons
Pros
At first i was surprised by the sturdiness and build quality. I love this thing, worth the money for the convenience that it offers. First bestway/costco pool.
Aiper cordless vac is awesome! It is easy to use, a tad awkward when lifting out of the pool- you just need to keep it level. You have to use a pole and hook to retrieve it when the battery expires.
Cons
One of the prongs on top that go into the plug for charging broke off. Charging takes too long and it doesn't hold the charge very long.
Maybe used it 6 times then closed the pool for the season. After 1 months it's dead.
Tried contacting company 4 days ago and no response. Called, received return label. Sent email, no responds. Only way i have been able to communicate with them is through email.

Excellent product, easy to use and it works!
The on/off turning knob got stuck and when i applied force with a waterpump plier, it broke.
Last month, it simply would no longer turn on, and through research and taking it apart, i have deduced that it was unfixable.

Certainly, not stellar but for the price i was satisfied.
Shipping
The only problem i had was the charger went out and their customer service department was very helpful and sent me a new one.
Competitiveness
I did a lot of research on different pool robots, and i found this to be the most practical for my type of pool.
Do not let the look deceive you the seagull 1000 is significantly better than the se, it is not even close.
I think it will be the same for more expensive robots like this, because the finer your filter mesh, the more sucking power you need.

I thought oh it cant be that bad but it takes longer to untwist the hose than it does to use it

It says swivel but doesnt actually swivel its very bendy but that doesnt keep it from twisting up

I would consider getting one that climbed walls and stairs as this is the only thing it does not do
