Pros

Suction is very good. The filter basket is fairly fine and raps most debris. This little guy (stan) gets my pool sparkling, even the corners.

The aiper not only crawls up the pool walls, it pops its head up above the water to scrub the waterline tiles and suction any debris off them. It climbs the walls and scrubs along the water line for 12-18 inches before submerging again. It outcleans o...  Read More

It is a bit pricey for what i wanted to spend, but if it lasts several years, it will be worth it. Great customer service. This concludes my experience with the orca 2000 i will update in 2 months.

Easy to set up and instructions are a breeze. Just hook it up, slowly set it in the pool and plug it in and turn it on. Easy to work and does a great job.

Thank you so much winnie. No complaints. Exactly as advertised!

Quality

We were very impressed with the quality, ease of use, and the great job this vacuum does in our pool.

I have owned this robot for two weeks now and so far i am very satisfied with the robot.

Along with the above problem, there is no way to manually clean missed areas.

I could tell as soon as i opened the box, quality control was nonexistent or i was sent a used vacuum for $700.

Price

The price is less then others i have tried but it performed just as well if not better then a few.

The price is reasonable and it is effective at cleaning the walls and the bottom of my pool.

Packaging/appearance

The only issue is the drive system - it's not strong enough to keep from getting stuck on the drain.

We shall seeupdate: i was getting quite frustrated with it getting stuck on the drain so i attempted my own workaround.

Competitiveness

I have a 24ft round above ground pool and this works very well.

The power line does not tangle and is long enough for a 40-ft pool.

I just got my liner done in my 16×32 inground pool.

we have a very large 70k gallon inground pool.
