Company reached out to me and sent an upgraded machine se1 this machine is worth the money and picked up leaves and all debris.
The seller quickly addressed my concern and sent a new one, which works perfectly.
Loaned our unit to a friend two weeks ago …she loved it and her own unit arrived from amazon.
They responded quickly and professionally with offer of refund or replacement.
Competitiveness
Still, it seems like i'm back to the manual vacuum, and this one is going back to amazon.
This is obviously not a top of the line product when you compare the price to other robot cleaners.
This year we purchased the new scuba se and we find it works even better.

It has a hard time picking up leaves and i can see dirt move around the robot so i assume the filter isnt the best

Takes lot of dirt off the bottombit runs for about 90 minutes on a full charge which gets my pool nice and clean not sure how it will puck up leaves though not designed for this and i have no trees around
