Pros

Beautiful photos and clear instructions. Standouts include beef satay with red curry noodles and vietnamese-style rice noodle salad with pork. This review is 4-star rather than 5 because it needs a pizza recipe.

American test kitchens' air fryer cookbook is a must-have for any air fryer owner. The cookbook's strong suit is whole meals prepared in a minimal amount of time. As always with any test kitchen cookbook, everything is clear and well thought through.

This book is head and shoulders over 3 other ones i ordered (yep, i had gotten desperate). Best of the bunch. Luckily they help you get over the learning curve.

Cons

This happens to less expensive paperbacks like this one, to giant hardback art books. It wastes two pages on outdated recommendations for specific models of air fryers.

High-calorie recipes are difficult to read. Table header for nutrients is not standard. Lack of nutrient labels makes it difficult to understand recipes.
