Cons

Cleaning the roof of the air fryer above the coils is not possible. Grease buildup above the heating element creates a fire hazard. They need to make it stainless steel or it's a health hazard.

Did not use. I am unplugged it thinking it was just a slight malfunction. Waiting to hear back from ninja on a refund or replacement.

Door feels flimsy; slips in and out of fryer. Very disappointing. Advertised at 11 inches tall.
