Pros
Buns come out nicely browned on both sides and i couldn't be happier. Biscuits bake evenly. I use them mostly for roasting veggies.
This cookie sheet is very sturdy. The only think i was slightly disappointed about is that when the sheet first came, there was a slight 3 inch dent from the edge. They have held up beautifully and maintained their shape after a decade of use.
Cons
The one i received today has some kind of gummy substance around the edge of it, fingers stick to it, and the label was really glued on. This product is not an airbake ultra.

Easy to clean, and even temperature so even finicky things like macarons cook beautifully.
We are not gentle with our cookie sheets and they have held up beautifully and maintained their shape after a decade of use.
Cookies come out so evenly baked and never burn on the bottom.
Your cookies will never burn when using airbake cookie sheets.
Competitiveness
I couldn't find these so tried a few other brands last year and no where near as good as air bake!
I have purchased air bake from stores in the past but they are a better deal on line.

Since moving to a place with an ancient gas oven no covection ive struggled with baked goods burning on the bottom and being as pale as a scandinavian in winter on top
