Pros

It’s sturdy, and lightweight. Nothing to dislike. It is super lightweight & keeps the bottom of my oven and my oven racks clean!

We like thin and crispy crust and this pan is perfect for getting the dough cooked just right and not soft or soggy. The air holes underneath make the pizza crust crispy.

Cons

This pan does not produce a crispy crust. Because of the air gap, it never gets that certain crispness. Does not do the job. I have a elect stove, is that why it does not work?
