So far, it locks on the pull without being finicky and retracts fully on the first try.

Once i pulled the cover off and accessed the orings on my unit, one oring was torn and the 2nd one had become more squarish than round.

Price

I wish it was a little more flexible, but i know that comes at the cost of durability.
