Quality

I love the quality of this controller, the ruggedness of the pads, the feel of the semi-weighted keys ets.

A quality made semi weighted midi controlled keyboard with a few extras.

The pads are very stiff feeling and difficult to depress, so if your buying this for the pads, buy a controller dedicated for that purpose.

The unit must be unplugged or turned of by the power strip, if using a power supply.

Price

No problems just a great deal overall!

I went to guitar center and found the mpk49 for $399 and almost bought it until i checked amazon.

This mpk49 was listed on amazon at almost $40 below all of the competition.

But not without considerably increasing the cost.

Arrived very fast and was very easy to do.

My package arrived on the second day after ordering.

The transport and midi editing controls are conveniently located at center.

Packaging/appearance

But other then the pads, i got it in the mail and it was in good packaging.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment and i was overwhelmed with how cool it looked when i took it out of the box.
