Pros

The akko 5099(b) is an almost full-sized keyboard. It is constructed with enthusiasts in mind, too, and do take to mods very well. This is an excellent entry point into enthusiast keyboards.

The software is excellent and you can upgrade the fw, remap keys, program macros and customize the lighting. It has a simple macro creator that is really nice. Everything is packaged really well and has a nice weight to it.

These are solid thick pbt keycaps with excellent feel. The keycaps are amazing and are probably worth the price of this keyboard by themselves. It almost has the beautiful look of the sa keys, without being quite so tall.

The board is heavy and built like a tank. Plate/pcb foam is great! The included usb-c connector is gold plated and has a ferrite bead.

Akko jelly blue switches give me that mx brown/romer-g *. Special fn + keys control things like backlight brightness, switching between wifi and bluetooth.

All in all i am quite happy with this keyboard.

You cannot do this with the akko software like you can with royal kluge's software (if there is let me know how).

The quality of the key caps were quite high.

This is my favorite layout in which gives you most of the functionality of a full-sized keyboard but at the size of a tkl board.

They indicate numlock, battery, and the windows key lock.
