The legends are crisp and double shot so they'll never fade. The colors are vibrant and the keycaps arrived in great condition. They are the aqua color if you want all your modifiers to match the legends.
The keycaps come in a reusable hardshell case with the keycaps held in place by mini stems. Added bonus is it comes with a keycap puller. Love the packaging and keycaps holder tray.
These raccoon keycaps are exceptionally high quality. No defects or warping on any of the keycaps i used on my 75% board. These racoons are great, grab one.
The tapping of these keycaps are notably less high pitch than the sound that came from tapping my stock abs keycaps.

Have these for around 4 months or so and even with consistent daily use, no fade has occurred and are still in tip top shape.

Price
Was pretty impressed at the $40 price tag.
I can definitely understand the price now as your buying 1/3rd of a keyboard in a box.
I cannot justify spending $100+ on keycaps; you could a keyboard with that money.
First of all, go buy this product at the actual akko website if you plan to buy it, you’ll get it for around $10 cheaper!

Packaging/appearance
Overall packaging is very nice, caps were very organized and look amazing!
Love the packaging and keycaps holder tray.
The set comes packaged in a protective box, neatly laid out in 2 plastic trays with foam between the two layers.
Just the packaging alone is nicer that sets that cost 2 or 3 times as much.
Competitiveness
Straight to the point it’s an amazing set that has similar quality if not better than gmk sets going that sell for 2x the amount and up.
While i prefer abs keycaps for the sound, these were definitely on the higher end of pbt keycap sets on amazon.
The other budget sets don’t come close to akko in terms of overall quality and feel.
Dobt have much to so other than i have bought numerous caps from many different manufacturers and i can say this is definitely.

This is controversial i understand why companies dont want them to create knockoff products of their clothes phones or whatever other design but this is a straight ripoff of gmk laser at a 3rd of the price and a barely noticeable difference in quality

I think gmk and their designers are going to have to up their game literally make their designs harder to copy with things like intricate sublegends or copyrightprotected logos on their novelties

Ill probably keep these caps as a placeholder thats why theyre currently being used on my keyboard and throw them in a ziploc bag at some point

If youre wondering how i think this differs from real gmk keycaps the feel is slightly smoother and the print is much less consistent between caps and less sharp but only when you put your face right up to the caps

The backend of the caps the cross design that holds the caps to the switches on your keyboard is extremely inconsistent but not so much so that it causes any noticeable wobble or any of the caps to fall off your keyboard

One thing some people may not like is that some of the topprint on the thicker parts of the legends and designs are oddly glossy almost as if there are stickers applied to the keycap but i think its just more inconsistency
