Pros & Cons
Pros
Akko cs pianos are so much quieter than the switches that came stock in my keyboard. The tactile response is perfect and feels very round like the bobas. As soon as i start typing faster, it becomes noticeably louder. Although the housing isn't clear ... Read More
Very straightforward to install in my gmmk pro. Only downside is that it comes in a pack of 45, forcing you to buy 2 orders.
This is an good choice if you're not planning on buying a container of keyboard lube just for 1 keyboard. The switches are factory lubed, very smooth and have a nice poppy sound at both ends. They're also super cheap and really easy to lube, making th... Read More
Akko fairy switches are a silent linear switch that loom really * nice. Pairing with my womier keyboard was the best combo i’ve had.
Cons
Most commonly, this results in a double keystroke when pressing the switch during normal typing, but has also manifested as the switch entirely stopping function. Don't bother. There’s no quality control. This product has never beenmanifested.
Highlights
Quality
The switches are factory lubed, very smooth and have a nice poppy sound at both ends.
Excellent tactile feel, the bump is still there, but these are significantly quieter than your standard switch.
Cherry browns are by no means a bad or low quality switch, but these pianos blew them out of the water.
I bought the piano v3’s and they sound great and come with zero spring ping, even when they’re stock.
Price
For under 50 dollars i got ninety of these switches and i couldn’t be happier.
For a budget gaming keyboard, it will not disappoint you.
I was looking to get new switches for my keyboard but didn’t wanna spend too much money.
For their price, these make a decent sound, and are decently smooth.
Packaging/appearance
I attribute this to their packaging and the care they take to put it together.
Exactly as expected and came in cool packaging that helps organize the pieces as well
(the outer packaging was all stained and gross like it was rolling around all over.
The last thing to note about this one and actually all of the akko switches is the packaging.
Competitiveness
Amazing budget switches, can rival some high end switches with a little bit of lube.
Very smooth switches compared to gateron pro.
Unlike the other newer switch offerings by akko, rgb also doesn't get tinted in any color which is also another added bonus if ... Read More
