Pros & Cons

Pros

Akko cs pianos are slightly heavier than the included rk reds in my royal kludge rk98.

The switches are pre-lubed and work as if you lubed them yourself. The factory lubing is so good you really don't need to even consider hand lubings, though enthusiasts could get away with syringing some in. They're also super cheap and really easy to...  Read More

These are the best budget switches ever. These are a few cents more per switch than their cheapest options but definitely worth the extra cost. Very smooth and straightforward to install in my gmmk pro.

Cons

Double-taps and miss-tapping galore. Only redeeming quality is they are pretty. They also feel like cheaper browns -- there's no noticeable tactility at all.

I keep having to swap them out because they don't recognize key presses. When pulling off keycaps, the switches often pull out with the keycap. Never had these issues with my cherry switches or gateron switches.

Highlights

Quality

The switches are factory lubed, very smooth and have a nice poppy sound at both ends.

Sound amazing and good for gaming, i got lighter springs and are very smooth switches

Cherry browns are by no means a bad or low quality switch, but these pianos blew them out of the water.

Once lubed, they feel like typing on a cloud!

Price

The price is really unbeatable and i'm glad i ordered them, and would do so again.

Best money ive ever spent on switches

These are a few cents more per switch than their cheapest options but definitely worth the extra cost.

Packaging/appearance

I attribute this to their packaging and the care they take to put it together.

Exactly as expected and came in cool packaging that helps organize the pieces as well

The last thing to note about this one and actually all of the akko switches is the packaging.

Competitiveness

Amazing budget switches, can rival some high end switches with a little bit of lube.

Very smooth switches compared to gateron pro.

I put these in my moonlander so i could take it into my very quiet office where my old gateron pro reds would have sounded like a gunshot with each keypress
