Pros

The quality of the controller is good. Definitely reminds me of xbox elite controller. This controller feels more premium than the xbox contoller. It feels very nice with the semi-rubber grip feel.

Build is nice and sturdy with a good feel to the controls and *. As far as a nintendo switch pro controller, as long as you have the correct mode selected then it is a great controller. Just buy it and love it.

It feels very nice and ergonomic for long sessions of gaming. The rubberized feeling of the controller along with the textured grips feel excellent and don't make me sweat. The grip and weight make it feel substantial.

There were no instructions, just grab the button tight with the pliars. Has an awkward click when you push in on it, other than that it seems fine. I believe some other sellers selling similar package but may not have these extra *.

Cons

It connects as a generic game pad. It's a shame that i have to rate this controller so low because it's actually a pretty nice controller.

Dead zone mode jumps from dead center to about 20% of the sticks travel before registering any input.

Packaging/appearance

My first impression out of the box was that it looks way better and sleeker in person.

Btw, nice thing is the package having extra buttons (a,b,x,y) to switch to xbox controller config.

Competitiveness

Anyway, this is the best you'll find in its class, at least compared to the ones microsoft, razer, pdp, or thrustmaster are offering.

The build quality is far better than anything else i have ever used even with controllers upwards of $250.

I haven't tried every smaller brand hall stick controller but there doesn't seem to be anything significantly better as of this review.

I believe some other sellers selling similar package but may not have these extra buttons.
