Pros

Youtube has tons of videos of tear down and reassembling of the switch and switch lite. They work well so far and as others have mentioned they are tighter than stock or other replacements, which imo is way better for accuracy. After leaving a review ... Read More

Sticks feel just like oem and the free pads they come with feel nice. I also love the silicone grip caps that came in the kit. I actually think the rubberized coating on the top of the analog sticks is better than the oem one.

First of all, it's cheaper than buying a new controller. sometimes it looks like it's drifting when i release the stick, however if i just wiggle it a little, the drift goes away. this kit is a good long term solution to joystick drift.

It has all the tools you need to swap out the analog sticks. It also has tools for disassembly, installation and reassembly. It takes a small amount of technical skill to install.

Cons

Out of 4 sticks were defective. Sometimes it's from the plastic innards and other times it's because the shroud under the joystick head itself is too large. In fact, it makes it worse by not even addressing the ribbon cables' fragility.

The sticks don't like to calibrate at all. When the calibration asks me to move the stick down, for example, it registers the down motion properly but doesn’t actually recognize the downward movement for the calibration process. On top of the drift an... Read More
