Ive only ever seen the black tmrs before from aknes not blue and different colors usually means a different manufacturer in the joystick world

These are sold by aknes who also sell the gulikit tmr joystick kits with the kk ring sticks so i figured id give them a shot

While waiting for the sticks to arrive i did some digging and found out that hallpi is the manufacturer of both these blue sticks and the black ones branded as gulikit
