Pros

The backrest, height, and arm rests are all adjustable so that you can set it to your liking. The adjustable lumbar and neck pillows are great (especially for those with bad backs) the build quality of the product is superb.

It is fabric covered, has a 300lb. Cushion. I also like the fact that it's fabric instead of that fake leather garbage.

The cushions are squishy and very comfortable to sit in. This is easily the best chair my cheeks have ever graced. It's super comfy compared to the ikea chair i had and it doesn't make my * hurt.

The chair is super comfortable and hugs me really well. I'm 6'2 220lbs, game alot and this thing is in as good a shape as it was when i got it a year ago.

Cons

The company says it will take weeks (undefined) for them to send a replacement part. Return shipping is $90. And will be contacting them.

Shelly/shanna is a horrible. This chair is simply not worth the money. Seriously, skip this chair. It hurts me.

Instructions are abysmal. Instructions are vague and pretty unhelpful. The assembly instructions are terrible.
