Pros

The backrest, height, and arm rests are all adjustable so that you can set it to your liking. The adjustable lumbar and neck pillows are great (especially for those with bad backs which is why i bought this chair) the build quality of the product is s... Read More

The cushions are squishy and very comfortable to sit in. It's super comfy compared to the ikea chair i had and it doesn't make my * hurt.

I only weigh 205, but my last gaming chair literally snapped on one side. This chair hugs me.

Assembly is a breeze with easy to under stand pictographic instructions. Comes with gloves to assemble it! Everything was meticulously packed with all the packing material branded with akracing.

Cons

The seat cushion is suspended by elastic straps. The athletic have too much muscle and the sedentary have too many fat. The adjustable arm rests don't lock into place so you have to constantly readjust them.

It will take weeks (undefined) for them to send a replacement part. Return shipping is $90. It's a hefty price tag, that's for sure.

Shelly/shanna is a horrible. Absolute garbage. Seriously, skip this chair.

Instructions are abysmal. Instructions are vague and pretty unhelpful. The assembly instructions are terrible.

The side fenders are just way too narrow. The usable width on this chair is only 16 inches. One bracket has 1 elongated hole.
