Pros
Lbs and this chair is plenty roomy for me. My legs are short, and i'm 5'6 so i need a foot stool, but that isn't a deal breaker. The only qualm i would have is that i’m 5ft 1 inches and i find myself scooting in order to move chair.
The quality of the chair is good and the packaging was good. That in and of itself is a testiment to this chair and how it is crafted. Bf purchased after researching reviews. Loves the chair.

You will not be disappointed with this one. I read tons of reviews of office chairs, but the decent quality ones were very expensive. This chair is so much better.
The neck-snapper(tm) forward-tilt headrest. The armrest are fully adjustable. The arms are plenty adjustable and comfortable.
Cons
This chair is a pain in a *. It's maybe ergonomically comfortable, but seat is not soft enough. Head pillow is annoyingly not adjustable. Leather is usually too hot for me so it's not very comfortable.

Solid build quality, excellently packaged, and seems like it was a good purchase.
Over all satisfied with product and easy assembly.
I'd recommend getting better wheels for it, as it only comes with the standard cheap office desk wheels.
Pros: it does come with the pillows.
Price
I can confidently say this chair is good quality and at a fair price.
This is a great chair at a great price.
Shipping
It was easy and fast to mount.
It did have a small cut in the cushion and like i said where i live in alaska im not shipping it back.
Packaging/appearance
The extra wide fits me and not much digging in my leg from the sidess.
Competitiveness
Knowing that there was a 5-year guarantee for the chair.
It has cloth instead of plastic-y leather and is so soft and comfortable.
That in and of itself is a testiment to this chair and how it is crafted.
First choice was a chair by secretlab.

I weigh 260lbs and the chair supports me with ease negative things i can think of is that the arm supports kinda suck in the comfy department
