Pros & Cons
Pros
Lb man loves this chair. It fits him perfectly. He is 6'4" 300lbs.
The quality is on par with real vehicle chairs. This is a real chair and not some cheap knock off sporty looking toy that will break easily. It gets a strong recommendation from me.
I like the adjustable seat back and arms - helps me try and maintain a correct posture. I like to sit with my legs up on a stool in front of me and this baby has no issues holding my weight. The only con i would say is the slides on the armrest.
Tough and heavy -duty hard plastic castor. They lock securely. Easy peasy putting the chair together. The base is large so when you slide out to the edge you basically turn the chair into a spring.
Chair is very comfortable, easy to assemble and feels like it will last a long time. The pads are sturdy and firm. Comfortable straight away has been pretty good so far.
Cons
The primary design flaw has to do with how the back is attached to the hinges at the base of the seat. The farthest forward the seat can now tilt is about 20 degrees backward, and the farthest back is so far back that sitting in the chair will overbal... Read More
Everything seems like it would be comfortable and sturdy, if not a tad firm in the cushion, but i cant use it because the back came from the factory twisted to the point of disrepair. If i fall on my hand next time, break it and cannot work for 6 week... Read More
The back support cushion constantly slips down to the point that is it often at my * and needs to be readjusted.
There is a qr code (seriously, who still uses these in 2020) on the back that is supposed to provide detailed instructions. It’s overpriced, not good quality and support can careless hence why they send you the same product with the same issue. Inquir... Read More
Highlights
Quality
I needed to replace an office chair from costco that was having problems with the base wobbling around.
At first i was skeptical about the product but now i can say with confidence that this is a great chair for anyone of any size.
People who had said that they were having trouble with the quality, or that it was unstable when leaning forward.
I had a standard akracing chair a few years ago and while the quality was phenomenal the size just wasn’t right.
Price
The price has dropped significantly since our purchase.
Shipping
Customer service was surprisingly fast to get a out a replacement part.
Packaging/appearance
However, when 40-hour work weeks were thrown into the mix, i quickly realized that it was not large or ergonomic enough to prop... Read More
The chair was packed very well and was undamaged but it was a pain in the ass to dispose of the box.
Competitiveness
None were really suitable to my needs--the biggest issue being a lack of padding in the seat deck for some reason.
The competition is out there with chairs as good or better.
I tried several brands, including some really expensive options.

However when 40hour work weeks were thrown into the mix i quickly realized that it was not large or ergonomic enough to properly support my large and tall body with spinal issues for extended periods of time

Really the only thing i can pick on is the fact that the included neck pillow is pretty useless being way too shallow to provide any kind of support

Also while the arm rests are perfectly adjustable they are too hard and narrow
