Pros

If you're looking for a big and tall chair, this is a great way to go. The only problem are the pads for lumbar and head. The cushion pillows are in the perfect spot and do not push you off.

This is a real chair and not some cheap knock off sporty looking toy that will break easily. Lots of reviews complain about it tipping forward. It's the best chair i have owned and the longest lasting.

This chair is absolutely amazing. It was also packed well. The casters it comes with are tough and heavy -duty, but fairly standard hard plastic castors.

I know how to fall and thus didn't hurt myself, but the falls were comparably hard. This chair is awfully heavy to have fall on you. Save yourself pain and a potential injury and get something else.

Overall i'm incredibly happy with my purchase, and i couldn't beat the price for it either.

We would not have paid as much as we did for the product we received.

I purchased it on sale with a discount at around $425 after taxand its so comfortable.

Packaging/appearance

The chair was packed very well and was undamaged but it was a pain in the ass to dispose of the box.

The downside is that the box it came in was huge and heavy.

Competitiveness

Now the seat won't come back up to be parallel with the ground.

The competition is out there with chairs as good or better.
