It looks way cooler in person than pics of it show. Comfort and sear adjustments are nice.
The manual for assembly is a bit generic but the overall quality of the product is superb.
Has a standard tensioner knob to find that sweet spot. The extra adjustability of the arms is a real plus.
Cons
After sitting in the chair for a few hours it just feels hard to me and the rocking feature does not work at all.

Quality is solid and i have no issues or complaints with this chair.
The chair is sleek and the quality is impeccable.
Gone are the days when you could buy a very high quality pleather chair for $200 and a leather one started at $400 (10yrs ago).
I purchased a set of stealtho casters with the stop locks on them for another $44 and wow, talk about a transformation.

I did not buy this on amazon i bought from dell bse they matched the price.

The chair has developed a loud poppingcracking noise from the area of the castors when i sit down

I checked and it does not look like the base is cracked so i guess that the castors are shifting in their shafts when i sit
