Secretlab titan is a great chair but it is only available in nappa for $1,000 (not top grain) highly recommended. The best imho is top grain leather.

The fabric, aside from where the hardware failed is in good shape. Unfortunately it is very unstable. Each armrest edge sits about 4 inches apart.
