The drawers can be halved with dividers but it does not come with the grey plastic inserts you see in the one picture

Youll want to use a labeler or write on pieces of tape so you can find things in the drawers

I think a rule of thumb should usually be 34it should be long enough to comfortably fit a pencil34 so thats on me for not making sure of it as i had to wedge pencils in sideways for them to fit
