Pros
I have fine, slightly wavy, relatively full hair that tends to get frizzy easy. It is creamy and totally gets all the oil off my scalp.
Every single ingredient is natural and good for your body. I like to have a few if one is discontinued. The fact that it's biodegradable makes it where i can use it when boondock camping.
The tangerine citrus is exactly that. It lathers 8/10 for me which is good! I also use it to hand wash my delicate clothes and well as a dish sopa. My * also uses it.
Cons
I'm so puzzled because i've used other alaffia products and they've been great, but do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs! I'm so sad it's not going to work for me.
My hair is so so so dry and frizzy now it’s ridiculous. My hair gets greasy quick and wash my hair every 2-3 days, but while using this my hair was so greasy it was basically wet and matted to my head.

I primarily used this as a shampoo and think it's a great natural product.
I brought this soap to use when i was dealing with the first stage of contact dermatitis and it was great.
Not happy with the loose bottle caps that leak the soap during delivery.
I researched the product for quality, therefore when i’m ready to use it, i know it was packaged in great condition!
Price
I also like that i can get refills to help save on cost.
Shipping
The product was as described and the shipping was great!
One of my lids broke in shipping but i had one i swapped out from my old bottle and it wasn’t an issue.

Even though it says that its for sensitive skin it dried my skin out so i just try to only use it for my hair only

For those with sensitive or dry skin i wouldn’t recommend using this as a daily shampoo or body wash
