Pros

Helps keep my hair moisturized and smooth. Makes my long hair smooth, soft, and tangle free. I have fine hair and it does not weigh it down.

Cons

There was nothing to keep the bottles from * around on the inside. Fake, not the real alba gardenia conditioner inside. This product leaves my scalp looking as if i have a major dandruff problem.

Not a fan. And tbh it's over priced.

A nice quality shampoo with a great scent that is not overpowering.

This is some of the greatest smelling hair care products i’ve ever tried.

I have tried many products that left my hair heavy and greasy looking no matter how i rinsed my hair.

I can go two days- maybe 3, even with sweating on morning walks, without washing my hair.

Price

At the price i got it, it was also a great value!

If you have long tresses like me, this is a bargain for a lot of great quality conditioner.

Price has doubled in 1 year ridiculous.

Shipping

Nothing wrong with product - just the shipping.

Didn't spill in shipping, which i've had with other 32 oz.

Packaging/appearance

We also love the beautiful summer packaging!

But both bottles arrived with broken tops: poor packaging for shipping.

Now this is how you package hair care products!

The packaging, however, leaves a lot to be desired.

Competitiveness

None of them compare to alba's formula.

I've tried switching to aveeno, matrix, and john frieda.
