Pros

The only mild disappointment i had was the fragrance - it's practically unscented with a slight herbal medicine odor. Coconut is thick and smells great.

It’s definitely a thicker lotion, but it just melts into my skin and smells amazing. It's very thick and soothing.

I have high hopes for this lotion, but have yet to use it in the colder months. It helps my daughter's eczema without leaving a greasy residue. This lotion drastically helps avoid irritating redness and bumps.

Only complaint is that the lotion doesn't rub in very easily.

Cons

The pump instructs you to turn it in order to open. However, i personally find the odor weird. Maybe my purchase and the two defective bottles i received is just a fluke situation.

I hesitate to order products like this for fear they will arrive damaged.

Maybe some bubble wrap would help to prevent the pump from breaking off during shipment.
