Pros
Nice multi-use knife. Works as a backup, utility item in a pack, or car console. It's rather sturdy and the seat belt cutter is nice.

Bottle opener is a nice touch for those pesky non-twist beers. Just scrape off the black coating first. The ferro rod is pretty nice too.
Flashlight is impressively bright for its size. The flashlight is a little gimmicky but the other features are solid. Ergonomics are not ideal, but most combos that add gimmicks are not.
Cons
The light is so dim that i honestly do not know what it would even be used for. The light that your microwave gives off when displaying the time is probably twice as bright. Batteries for flashlight were corroded and needed to be replaced. Flashlight ... Read More
Fire starter rod is about the worst thing i have ever had the misfortune of owning. Seat belt cutter is not sharp, at all. This thing isn't ergonomic at all, there's no curvature to the grip.

It is well made, the knife blade is sharp and sturdy, the flashlight works as does the sparkler.
All the features are well thought out and functional, even the ferro rod, and the knife itself feels good and solid in your hand.
To turn the light off, just lightly unscrew it and it can be stored back in the knife like that.

Safe to say that it works as intended and for a great price with so much utility.
This knife is really nice for the price.
But for the price, it definitely gives you your moneys worth.
