This knife isn't as solid as the kershaw (tested by trying to flex) but is respectably solid and will not flex unless you're cranking on it. Incredibly sturdy knife.
They feel like they just might let a fingertip inside enough to get sliced on closing. Made from stainless steel. Easy to sharpen.
Extremely happy with this brand. Knife is stunning. I hope this helps.

Competitiveness
I am hoping it lives up to my aus-8 knife since anywhere i looked, it said this type of material was similar.
The gorgeous, bright pink was reason enough to choose this knife, but its functuality and ease of use really sealed the deal!
(i'm aware that sog makes a sort-of combo like this with some of their xr line, but i have other reasons for disliking that brand.
I'm one of those people that usually has a fancy expensive benchmade osborne 945 in his pocket.

Its clip onto a bag so i didnt notice until it was barely on

I then proceeded to run it through my knife sharpener and the first few passes were really gritty like they didnt even finish sharpening the blade fully before sending it out
