The only issue i had was with tracfone when i tried to cancel his old plan and transfer the phone number to the new phone

At first i called the tracfone number as i figured this was the easiest way to activate but they told me i had no minutes and had to purchase some on an aircard

After contacting the seller they quickly respondedthis is what happened to a few of our customers when they tried to to activate their phones by calling tracfone customer service
