Pros & Cons
Pros
Just looking at the contents of the box in this game is intimidating but actually playing it is far easier. The actions mimic (loosely) what would happen in the real world. The concept and gameplay is fantastic, and the logic puzzle that each game pre... Read More
This game is a good mix of problem solving and bluffing. It flawlessly blends a deduction game with worker placement.
Game is about mixing potions to figure out what ingredients make each type of potion. The problem-solving/deduction methods remind me of sudoku in their manner of this ingredient got this result so these other ingredients can't. Every time we play the... Read More
The app (free) is simple and makes game play like a breeze. The play area for each player is a lovely twist to the typical formats.
The game is bright, colorful, and pretty. Everything feels really sturdy and functional. The game even has a lot of thematic flare.
Cons
Game has more of an illusion of complexity. The board you use to keep track of ingredient results is a mess. This game is not myfavourite board game.

Everything feels really sturdy and functional and the game even has a lot of thematic flare.
Each of these 8 ingredients is made up of a set of 3 properties.
It's simple, slick, and doesn't intrude on or command the gameplay.
Price
One of the most fun 'farmer' style games i've played, and for the price you just can't beat it!
Adding in the companion app for ios and android, it amazes me that the price is so low.
The production value for the game is quite high for what you pay for.
Shipping
Just got and played it for the first time yesterday.
Packaging/appearance
I love genuine replayability in my games and this one offers a lot of that in a really beautiful, elegant, and fun package.
Competitiveness
This game is very similar to other worker placement games in production (fresco, dungeon lordz/petz, agricola, stone age, etc.
I would not recommend it if the only experience you have with board games is the mass market games like monopoly.
My only minor complaint is that in a two-player game, the sell a potion action becomes a bit too competitive.
