Yes like the other reviews say the packaging is a little sketchy but everything was there and it went together very very easy.

Packaging was adequate but on the verge of failure.

The packaging sort of sucked, not amazons, but the manufacturers.

It comes witih a stabilzer as well.

Carrier itself: i was a bit worried since my hitch had a rating of 400lb but that didn't seem to affect it poorly.

Make sure your trailer hitch can handle at least 700lbs and that your vehicle is rated for at least 1000lbs.
