After that, it mounted easily and works and looks great

I am no handyman and was able to install by myself in about 4 hours (wife did help with feeding the cording).

This took a lot longer than described in the instructions to put together as the two 6' pieces did not slide together easily.

There was no instruction for the center roller assembly that support the canopy from sagging in the center.

Great value and everybody loves the awning!

Looks like a much more expensive unit!

Ours came with some scratches and a decent dent on he front support bar.
