Awning delivered without contact from carrier and was left near garage this was an issue as anyone could have collected it and the box had damage which i could have addressed to carrier onthespot

I would doublecheck nylon support washer end for proper alignment after installing the motor end to support bar and awning roller prior to mounting

My unit works fine except when i set up the optional windsun control it rolls out instead of in and the directions are pretty much useless
