Pros

I prefect to use an extension cord. The bubbles work great and it heats up quickly. It is really a 2 person tub and the bubble function cools the water down.

The only caveat is the power of the heater. The instructions say to change the water every couple of days. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp.

Cons

After checking the unit, it appears there is a leak somewhere on the bottom. Got hung up on the phone with customer service. Company will not do anything, warranty is only 90 days.

The hot tub itself is great - when it works. Resetting and unplugging the unit made no difference in heater performance or power draw.

For the price and being that its a blow up tub i did not expect much.

Called back and they tell me to leave a message and will call me back in 24 hrs.

It came very quickly,got it several days before they said it would.

I ordered and received my hot tub in september.
