Update july 10, 2016: i just installed another awning on my new home in maryland and i am very pleased.

Color did not faded in few months of sun - and is a great quality - has everything you need to install it.

The cover is very thin and you cannot get it tight with the way the straps are.

Price

A little saggy in places but i am still very pleased, easy to install and the price is right.
