The ruffle detail and the ruching at the waist give the effect of wearing a waist cincher without all of the discomfort. At 10 petite, this dress fit me perfectly.
The beaded/sequin design on the side is also good quality and sewn on nicely. The beading at the waist is detailed and looks like it was hand-sewn. Has a zipper up the back.
