Pros
Zips all the way up the back. It is stretchy yet elegant. The only thing i don't like is that it's a little itchy.
Cons
The back/sleeves are cut such that when you lift your arms forward, the back pulls taut. This feels like a shirt you might buy at marshalls, not like an expensive blouse.

The minute i saw this i know it would be perfect for upscale after work events over black pants and when i opened the box i wasnt disappointed
