Pros
Gently padded shoulders keep it from looking slouchy. Zips all the way up the back. It is stretchy yet elegant.
Cons
Back/sleeves are cut such that when i lift my arms forward, the back pulls taut. This feels like a shirt you might buy at marshalls, not like an expensive blouse. Very narrow through the shoulders.

Some of you might be able to slip it over the head without opening the hidden zipper on the back as in my case

I think it’s because the stretchy taffeta is gorgeous but not very breathable
