Pros
They are stylish with many colorful prints but are also practical because they are lightweight, breathable and don't get itchy during a 12-hour plus shift.
It fits perfect and has a sweat band sewed in. Fits snug for us gals with short hair. Perfect fit and durable.
Cons
It's very poofy on top, standing up like big puff on top of my head right behind my forehead, maybe 1 inch back from my hairline. It's ridiculous looking.

If you have thick hair and want to put all your hair under the cap the cap may not fit over the ears
