As you might have guessed by now i really like this item. For the price of around £7. They work flawlessly. These plugs are fantastic, i'm very pleased with them.
Smart plugs are really useful for either compatibility with alexa or to just set up schedules. Replaced some semi-mechanical timer switches that constantly loose time. My only criticism is that the led is very small and i could not tell the difference... Read More
Cons
Just returned them for a refund. Would not conect at all. Can only be used on 2. When you have 4 plugs it becomes tedious. Does not give the greatest confidence in meross qc.

Easy to set up using the meross app, small compact design to replace my old fashioned time switches.
Competitiveness
This meross alexa scores on a number of fronts and importantly it is one of the neatest that i have in my collection.
These are smaller in profile than their larger sister product so these fit together in a multi-socket.
Ok to set-up but had to download meross app as could not connect using smart life that i have with other smart plugs.
The plugs for the mini are about the same size as a normal 13a plug and so fit a multi plug socket unlike the larger meross plugs.

You simply download the free meross or smartlife app and plug the adaptors in the software will immediately find them and you can then give each a name

Next you download or go to your alexa app and look for a new device in no time alexa will find the plugs and ask you where they are in your home

As soon as the setup is complete you can ask alexa to turn on or off the device by its name corner lamp etc and there you are

They had me stumped liking to alexa for a while but once i did it though google chrome as suggested they linked straight away
