I love this robe it's so soft yet thick for warmth love the hood on it to couldn't be happier with the purchase.
I went with the s/m and it fits great, maybe a tad on the big size given my normal size compared to the size charts.
Packaging/appearance
Was a little worried because it is only partially sherpa-lined, but my worries were unfounded.

Moreover, it's better made and better priced than other robes similar to it.

The only down fall is when i washed it the red color bleed into the cream color trim making it slightly pink

The red does bleed a little into the white fluffy cuff sleeves and they eventually turn a little pink
